I had experienced on the project that gave me the opportunity to utilize and expand my interpersonal skill among my teammates and the users. My first project was to create a Statewide Call Centre Program using MS Access database to build an automated system to track phone call from senior citizen about their concerns health care. The first piece I wrote was basic system documentation, in order for a future technical team member to be able to understand and follow the prototype of the system. The second piece I wrote was a user manual for the current and future users to be able run and execute the automated system.
